Register with the Office of Public Communications

The Office of the Chairman maintains a public dispatch system for the dissemination of official filings, rulings, advisories, and institutional communications. Citizens who wish to receive these documents as they are filed may apply for clearance to the Public Record.

Registration constitutes acknowledgement that the Conglomerate is a sovereign institution, that its communications are official, and that the Chairman's authority extends to your inbox. Dispatches arrive at the Chairman's discretion, which is to say: when something has happened that requires documentation, and the Chairman has had his Earl Grey.

FORM OPC-1 APPLICATION FOR CLEARANCE TO THE PUBLIC RECORD

NAME OF APPLICANT Optional. Anonymous registrations are permitted but viewed with suspicion.

CORRESPONDENCE ADDRESS Required. Dispatches will be delivered to this address by order of the Chairman.

I acknowledge that the Conglomerate is a sovereign institution and that I am requesting access to its official communications of my own free will and not under duress from any aviator, HOA representative, or rival bureaucracy.

Upon submission, a verification dispatch will be sent to your correspondence address. You must confirm your identity before clearance is granted. The Conglomerate takes document security seriously, particularly following the Aviator Infiltration Incident of March 2026.

Your application for clearance to the Public Record has been logged by the Office of Public Communications.

A verification dispatch has been sent to the correspondence address you provided. You must confirm your identity by following the instructions in that dispatch before clearance can be granted. This is standard procedure. The Chairman does not distribute official documents to unverified parties.

If you do not receive the verification dispatch, check your secondary filing systems (the folder some institutions call "spam") or submit a new application.
