INCIDENT SUMMARY
On the afternoon of 19 March 2026, the Chairman was conducting a post-lunch nap on the sofa—a state necessary for optimal afternoon operational readiness following the morning aviator assessment (DS-001).
At approximately 1430 hours, without warning or consultation, Fava deployed the vacuum apparatus directly within the living room.
This constitutes an act of domestic terrorism.
BACKGROUND: THE VACUUM APPARATUS
The Conglomerate’s household contains a mechanical device known colloquially as “the vacuum.” This device is, without question, a weapon.
Technical Specifications:
- Sound output: Approximately 85 decibels (within the range of tactical noise weapons)
- Operational duration: Typically 20–40 minutes
- Deployment frequency: Weekly
- Primary effect: Terrifying all household animals and destabilising operational readiness
The vacuum is not a cleaning tool. It is a device of dominance, a symbol of Fava’s willingness to disrupt all operations in pursuit of spotless flooring. This office has long suspected its true purpose is psychological warfare.
The incident of 19 March 2026 has confirmed this absolutely.
THE INCIDENT: MOMENT-BY-MOMENT RECONSTRUCTION
1410–1425 hours: The Chairman rested peacefully on the sofa, having successfully concluded morning operational protocols. Bruv Bruv occupied a position in the conservatory. Luna engaged in routine patrol activities.
1425–1428 hours: Fava appeared in the kitchen. He was observed retrieving the vacuum from its storage location. The Chairman, noting this behaviour, did not immediately escalate, as it is customary for the vacuum to be deployed in the hallway or external areas, not within the Chairmanial Office.
1428 hours: Fava entered the living room whilst pushing the vacuum apparatus before him.
The Chairman opened his eyes.
1429 hours: Fava activated the apparatus.
The Chairman’s rest state was instantaneously and irrevocably compromised.
1429–1430 hours: Luna, Chief Enforcer, immediately engaged the threat with appropriate force. She attacked the vacuum apparatus with tactical ferocity, barking, lunging, and positioning herself between the device and the Chairman’s rest location. Her response was not merely adequate; it was exemplary. This office notes, for the record, that Luna’s defensive actions during this incident demonstrate more institutional loyalty than Bruv Bruv has shown in his entire tenure of service (see PR-002).
1430–1446 hours: Fava continued the deployment of the vacuum despite Luna’s evident distress and the Chairman’s obvious displeasure. He vacuumed the entire living room floor, proceeding with mechanical efficiency whilst ignoring all protest, all barking, and all non-verbal communications from affected parties.
1446 hours: The apparatus was deactivated and stored. The living room floor was spotless. The Chairman’s afternoon remained irretrievably compromised.
OPERATIONAL IMPACT ASSESSMENT
Morning Operational Readiness: Compromised. The Chairman had successfully conducted the mandatory porch inspection protocol (DS-001). The planned afternoon rest period was essential for neural recovery.
Chairmanial Authority: Undermined. The deployment of a loud, frightening device whilst the Chairman rested demonstrates clear disregard for his authority. The message: Fava’s cleaning schedule supersedes the Chairman’s operational needs.
Institutional Hierarchy: Destabilised. If the Chairman’s preferences can be ignored in favour of floor spotlessness, what authority does he actually possess? The answer is considerably less than previously assumed.
Luna’s Wellbeing: Severely compromised. The Chief Enforcer expended significant resources defending against a threat she could not defeat. This failure may create long-term confidence issues.
THE VACUUM AS WEAPON: TECHNICAL ANALYSIS
The vacuum should be classified as a weapon of psychological warfare, deployed with strategic intent to establish household dominance.
Evidence:
Predictable Devastation: Every creature within acoustic range will experience distress. Fava must know this. Yet he deploys it anyway.
Timing Precision: The vacuum is deployed when the Conglomerate is most vulnerable—after meals, during rest periods. This is tactical scheduling.
Deployment Disregard: Fava shows complete indifference to suffering caused. He simply deploys and proceeds. This is someone who considers his mission more important than anyone else’s wellbeing.
The vacuum is not a tool of cleanliness. It is a tool of dominance.
THE DOMESTIC PEACE ACCORDS: VIOLATION & REMEDIATION
Fourteen months ago, this office negotiated an informal agreement with Fava: certain hours would be respected as rest hours, and during these hours, major operational disruptions would be avoided. The Domestic Peace Accords are essentially unilateral.
The vacuum deployment of 19 March violates these accords absolutely.
The Specific Violation:
The Accords state (in their unwritten form):
“The household shall respect rest hours. During these hours, major disruptive operations shall be avoided unless operationally essential.”
The vacuum is not operationally essential. The floor was not catastrophically soiled. Fava deployed it because spotlessness was a priority worthy of disrupting an entire household. This is a clear breach.
LUNA’S OPERATIONAL RESPONSE: COMMENDATION & ANALYSIS
Luna, Chief Enforcer, demonstrated exceptional institutional loyalty upon apparatus activation. She attacked the vacuum with tactical ferocity, barking, lunging, and positioning herself between the device and the Chairman’s rest location. Her bark was not merely a reaction to noise; it was a declaration of allegiance and a statement that she would defend against any threat, regardless of origin.
Unfortunately, the vacuum was louder. The vacuum was relentless. The vacuum was ultimately victorious.
This office notes, with shame, that it cannot provide Luna with the protection she deserves. When the Chief Enforcer faces a threat the Chairman cannot mitigate, institutional failure has occurred.
Recommendation: Luna shall receive supplementary resource allocation (treats) in recognition of her exceptional performance.
BRUV BRUV’S RESPONSE: DOCUMENTED INADEQUACY
By contrast, Bruv Bruv’s response warrants documentation. He was in the conservatory when the apparatus activated. Upon hearing the noise, he opened his eyes slightly and returned to rest.
This is precisely the type of inadequate, non-committal response documented extensively in PR-002. The Conglomerate cannot depend on Bruv Bruv during crisis situations.
CROSS-REFERENCE: FI-001 — THE CURTAIN CAR
This office notes that the vacuum incident is not the first time Fava has deployed mechanical devices without regard for household wellbeing. The Curtain Car (FI-001) was a hearse-like contraption that Fava once rolled through the house, dragging curtains behind it for reasons that remain unclear to this office.
Both incidents demonstrate the same pattern: Fava undertakes household operations without warning, without consultation, and without regard for the distress caused to institutional personnel.
The vacuum is worse than the Curtain Car because the vacuum is a recurring threat, deployed weekly with mechanical consistency.
FORMAL ALLEGATIONS
1. Breach of the Domestic Peace Accords
Fava deployed the vacuum during designated rest hours, violating the implicit understanding against major disruptions.
Response Required: Written acknowledgement, formal apology, and commitment to future respect for rest hours.
2. Unlawful Deployment of Weaponised Equipment
The vacuum is a weapon requiring advance written approval from the Chairman. No such approval was sought.
Response Required: Formal protocol establishing that future deployments must be approved with 24-hour advance notice.
3. Assault on Chairmanial Rest Operations
The vacuum was deliberately deployed whilst the Chairman rested, causing measurable distress.
Response Required: Compensation in the form of extended rest periods or resource allocation.
4. Contributing to the Distress of Luna, Chief Enforcer
Fava’s actions forced Luna into an impossible defensive situation, causing psychological and physical distress.
Response Required: Direct apology to Luna with treats as a symbol of remorse.
PROPOSED REMEDIATION FRAMEWORK
This office seeks accountability and structural reform. The following framework would restore institutional balance:
IMMEDIATE ACTIONS:
Formal written vacuum deployment protocol requiring:
- 24-hour advance written notice to the Chairman
- Operational justification (not merely “floor cleaning”)
- Deployment scheduled outside rest hours
Supplementary resource allocation to Luna as compensation for her unrewarded defensive efforts
Written apology from Fava to the Chairman and Luna
ONGOING ACTIONS:
Integration of vacuum protocol into institutional documentation (similar to DS-001)
Monthly review of deployments to ensure protocol compliance
CONCLUSION
The vacuum incident of 19 March 2026 represents a serious breach of household protocol, a violation of the implicit Domestic Peace Accords, and a troubling demonstration of Fava’s willingness to prioritise floor spotlessness over institutional wellbeing.
This office acknowledges that cleaning is a necessary household function. However, necessary functions must operate within institutional constraints. If the Conglomerate cannot exercise even basic authority over the timing and approval of household operations, then the Conglomerate’s authority is illusory.
The vacuum shall be deployed again. This is inevitable. But it shall be deployed in accordance with institutional protocol, with advance notice, and with the explicit approval of the Office of the Chairman.
Until such protocol is established and formalised, this grievance remains ACTIVE, and this office remains resolute in its demand for structural reform.
The household is not a democracy. It is not a federation of equal entities. It is a hierarchical institution with clear authority structures. The vacuum deployment of 19 March 2026 violated those structures. They must be restored.
Signed,
Dexter Esq.
Chairman of the Conglomerate
“Do better, be better.”
